Wild West EV – Level 2 Charging Station Support

White Tesla Destination Chargers (Tesla Owners)
If you drive a Tesla:
- Simply plug in — no extra steps needed. (Do not press the large button on the end of the cable that releases the magic dock for non-Telsa EV’s)
- Charging is automatically billed to the credit card on file with your Tesla account.
- You only pay for the power used during that session (kWh-based).
Non-Tesla EVs at Tesla Destination Chargers
Our Tesla destination chargers include an integrated J1772 adapter for non-Tesla vehicles. Follow these steps:
- Press and hold the release button on the charger handle so the integrated J1772 adapter stays attached to the NACS plug.
- Pull the handle out from the dock while keeping the J1772 adapter engaged.
- Plug the J1772 connector firmly into your non-Tesla EV’s charge port.
Tip: Make sure the adapter remains locked onto the handle before you pull it from the dock. If the adapter separates, re-seat it fully before charging.

Wattzilla Chargers
Look for the large gray box stations with bright red J1772 cables.
- Insert your credit card at the station to authorize power.
- Stations are billed by the hour at $6 per hour.
- Billing continues until you press the Stop button on the station.
Remember: Press Stop when you’re finished so you are not charged for unused time.
